  4. Yes Jesus has saved me from my darkest hours on more than one occasion.  Once he did it with a song.  ( listen to the little monologue in the beginning of the song "Everybody plays the fool")

    My Buddhist path has always been of rescuing support at any "DARKEST" hour, Phil...it encourages me to then save myself for the sake of what is to be saved.Not to destroy, or left to be destroyed!

  18. Thankfully I've been able to save myself.  My darkest hours lately have been put off through coinciding with food times :)

    I always listen to my conscience and pray to God if I'm in trouble.
