Outlook Express will only open files containing a fairly low number of individual files...around 30. If it has more than 30, it won't open any at all. If it has less than 30, it MAY open all of them, but sometimes the figure is even lower. I paid $9.00 for assistance, then my computer shut down for no known reason, so now I'm back to this site to obtain some assistance. Thanks,Jess Adams
