Aston Villa midfielder http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Marc-Albrighton-c23470 was not pleased with the postponement of Aston Villa’s scheduled premier league fixture against Wigan. However, the player has now turned his attention towards the Boxing Day fixture against Tottenham Hotspur.
Albrighton claimed that his side were confident for the fixture against Wigan, following their impressive performance against West Bromwich.
Yet, the midfielder believes his side is now fully focused on a hard training week for the Tottenham Hotspurs match. Spurs have established themselves as a hard side to beat since the arrival of Harry Redknapp as the club manager, where they managed a fourth

"It was a frustrating weekend, definitely. We went down the day before and when you get there you just want to play. It was a big game too because we really wanted to pick up the three points. It's just a shame the game had to be called off,” stated the
player in his disappointment for the cancellation of the match.
Albrighton added that they would now have to wait for the match to be re-scheduled and do what his side intended to do in the first place. The player claimed that all the energy and the build up before the match ends up in disappointment if the match is
cancelled.
