  1. No. One of the requirements in filing K1-Visa are copies of documents showing that each prior marriage was legally terminated.

    It is stated in the Form I-129F instructions Step2 : 5 : D

    "D. If either you or your fiancé(e) were married before,give copies of documents showing that each priormarriage was legally terminated."

  2. The US does not recognize polygamous relationships, and does not convey immigration status to those that are involved in them.  Until you resolve your existing marriage, you cannot be considered a legitimate fiance for a future marriage.

  3. not totally sure I thought you had to show ALL divorce papers and send copies in the package, so this might be a sticky point for you............
