My pantech duo is frozen?

My pantech duo phone is frozen.

I have tried to hold down the red power button and it's not powering off the device. My mom tried calling it and my phone saw the call and it registered on the screen, but after pressing the Answer button a few times it still never let me answer or even ignore the call.

How do I fix my phone?

And if I can't, will Pantech send me a new duo? even if i don't have insurance on it. Please help! I only got it like 40 days ago.

try taking the battery out for 2 minutes, then putting it back in. If that doesn't work call customer service, 611 from your mothers phone!!!!

try experimented with taking out your battery, your sim card i have a pantech duo aswell and mine freezes sometimes

The insurance thing is a no u will not get another one although if it does break like mine i got a new one off of craigslist for 200 or ebay
