Question:

My mom is 150 lb and she wants to weigh 127lb .could someone please tell me how she can loss the weight?

  1. Slim in 6 works the best. If she has a lot of free time then this will help a lot! Trust me people can lose up to 60 pounds if they eat right and do the excersise daily. Hope I helped.

  3. Just do wat i did to my mother, dont but fast food ... dnt eat dark meat

    i grill my mother chicken out side every day she went from 169 to 130 in bout 1 month and a half ...

    wit a 1 hr walk every day either at night or in the morning .....

    NO EATING AFTER 7 .... drink milk !!!

  4. One tip: don't forget to exercise, which is just as important as diet. simply walking around the block once every morning should do wonders for your overall fitness.

  5. Eat 3 meals a day with no snacks. Make sure the meals aren't too big and always include fruits/vegetables. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise in each day if not more.

    It really works and she'll feel better too.

    Oh yeah no fast food or soda/soft drinks etc

  6. well she can juice fast for 3 days for head start

    1 C OJ

    3-4 Cranberry juice

    1 banana

    1/2 an apple                   <----- for three days everyay(thats it!)

    1 necatarine

    then for her to eat more healthy like veggies (green veggies help more with weightloss)

    eat more fruits eat wheat some thing filling so she wont be hungry

    she can eat normally just 3-4 hours apart and more nutricious

    to choose one day of the week to cheat in one meal only

    eat slowly and not eat infront of distractions..somewhere quiet cause its proved that we get distracted when we get full if were in front of a distraction

    to do yoga whenever she feels like but at least 3 times a week

    and finally and most important drink lots of icy cold water

  8. we have found the ATKINS diet to be the best one around.

    cut  carbs for 2 weeks (to 20 carbs a day).

    get the atkins diet book.

  12. RUN RUN RUN AND RUN! that is how my mom loses her weight fast! you have to keep up with it and of course eat as healthy as possible. Also if she eats big portions than she should not have seconds ever, and snack during the day. Since exercise speeds up your metabolism, the snacks during the day will just be burned off and prevent her from over eating! Hope this routine works out! no pun intended!

    workouts 5 times a week, (beginner should do 1 hr of cardio. Used to exercise 2 hrs)

    Eat no gluten foods, and sprouted bread

    NO SoDA OR JUICE

    eat every 3 hrs a SMALL portion of food such as apple, grapes, orange, etc

    DRINK WATER THROUGHOUT DAY.

    Tell her to checkout a book named "The fat flush plan"

    my mom is 42 and she looks like 27

  18. wouldn't be healthy to be that low of a weight for her age, my friend ways 120 and she is 13 and it is normal  if she wants to improve her figure try talking to a nutritionist to see what foods can help that. good luck and hope I helped!!

  19. My mom was exactly the same way. She would get so depressed from her weight and nothing worked. A few months ago she read this book and went by the plan. It was really easy for her and she lost lots of weight. Best wishes to your mom and I know this will work for her if she follows it correctly.  

  20. she can do weight watchers and just count points I find it very easy to do and she won't starve because she can eat normal food she doesn't need to buy special prepackaged foods in order to use weight watchers, if she would like more information about it email me I would need her weight so I can tell her how many points she would be able to eat each day.

  22. It's a long, complicated process. Try to bear with me:

    Step 1: Eat less.

    Step 2. Exercise more.

  23. It has a lot to do with diet, so tell he to eat healthy first off. Then she needs regular exercise a couple times a week.  

    It really depends on her though.  How tall is she? Is 127 lbs ideal for her height? How active is she?  What does she do for work?  All that can effect her progress.  

    Just tell her to watch her diet and get regualr exercise.  talking to a doctor or a trainer will help too

  24. there is a couple people  that i know that take alli which is a weight loss pill that actually works! they have lost between 10 and 20 pounds already! and they said the only side effect was a little bit of diarreah

  25. She needs to increase her amount of exercise and decrease the amount of food she is eating.  

  26. Weight watchers + exercise plus lots and lots of water and no fizzy drinks/pops or juices!

  27. diet and exercise are the best bet, cut calorie intake and eat more vegetables and fruits

  28. one way I found that helps me is if my family sticks to a non junk diet around me. Cut out all colored sodas and try equal instead of sugar. Also cut down on salt and walk around the house or block each day.
