I am interested in learning one of the above martial arts, and want something that will build my confidence and make me feel safer, and that will enable me to defend myself successfully, and also that will keep me fit and in shape

Which of the above would be most suitable for this?

Thanks in advance

  1. i have some expirience with krav maga and ninjustu
if u choose krav maga u will learn some hardcore stuff from lesson one
if u choose ninjutsu u will start with very basic stuff(rolling, stances, little bit punching and kicking.it will take a long time before you learn some cool stuff but you will have very good basics.
some techniques are almost the same in ninjutsu and krav mag but in krav maga u need to do them fast and aggressive an in ninjutsu u need to do them easy and controlled.
so wath do you want a quick agressive sport were u learn very fast or a passive sport where u need to train a long time before u learn the good stuff.

  2. well if you want to do ninjutsu it's going to take you a LOOOONG time.. it's definitely a commitment. But it's the most complete martial art there is and it'll give plenty of options. If you're more on the fast track Krav Maga would do it. Great for the streets and the real world. Very effective. Muay Thai is also effective but it's a hardcore martial art. It's more sports oriented. It's mostly striking and leaves you with the least of options. Compare that to kickboxing or karate. You'll be doing a LOT of sparring and getting beat up, but in the end it would be worth it cuz you'd be a hardcore Muay Thai fighter than no one would wanna mess with.
