Moto Razr V3 Black Refurb Virus?

Hi, my razr quit working after i installed a skin on it and then restarted my phone. i turn it on and then there is nothing but a white flashing screen after the hello moto startup screen. i can start bootloader and tried to flash it once but it didn't work. i can't press any of the keys, even the on/off. please help.

There are no viruses for your particular phone model, so your problem is definitely not caused by a virus. Most likely, it is some kind of hardware failure, or the skin is faulty, or you have messed up something when trying to reflash the phone.

The best option is to take the phone to a repair shop.
