Location, Location, Location..?

Question

Where do people want to travel to? I really want to open a hostel but cannot decide on a location. Where would be a good place to start one? There needs to be an ample amount of tourism, of course and it has to be an interesting location. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated

I want to go to Greenland or Antarctica, but I assume you don't wanna open a business there.  ;p

I think it's good to open a business in Fiji.
