Keep getting window pop ups saying the following?

Anti virus 2009 you computer is infected 100% free scanning of your computer. Do you want to install to scan your computer for malware now?

I do assume if these pop ups keep popping up that I have something the heck wrong with it, so. what the heck do I do about it. Scream? Darn it...your any bodies help is greatly appreciated. And thanks a million.

Block pop-up ads and remove spyware .

Yea most of the time if that kind of c**p pops up on your screen it's total bullshit and they just want you to buy their software to remove the stuff that they most likely put their in the first place.
