  1. Go to the Sears web site and you will be able to fill out what you need to get a box sent to you. They will send you a box, you send the bolt in it, and then you will get $160.


  2. yes, according to Sears - 583.xx = xx = 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 --  12 ga only.  I called them myself to find out.
