    Tats have been a part of our culture and others since 297 AD.

    I'm Native American and it is a part of my history and culture. Polynesian, Samoan and Moria are still doing it.

    Most say it is generational but I didn't get my 1st tat until I was 50 and now at 55 I have 5 tats so it isn't just the younger generation getting into it. I see it as a form of self-expression and today there is better tattoo artists out there doing phenomenal work and you get to wear a piece of art.

    So, no regression just a continuation.
