  1. If you read the article again (and any other related articles) it clearly said that they "had been paid to take part in the competition".

First factor you failed to consider: Local Laws.

Germany is strict with the "prostitution" "profession".  And more than likely, they violated a "Stranger-s*x-Public-Show Law" or something and it falls under "prostitution".

Second factor: US culture.  It "may" not be illegal there to show your whatever during parties as long as you are of legal age.  But if you are underage, and you are a girl, the law's side is with you EVEN IF you decided it yourself or you and your partner (or watchers) all agreed on it.

Example: In New Zealand, some years ago, the Law of Legal s*x Age was changed to:

    Girls: 12 years old.

    Boys: 15 years old.

Which is illegal in most countries.

    Hope that helps.

  2. I wondered about that myself because they were in a competition.  No where does it state that they were paid to be in the competition.  Sounded like a frat party actually.  But evidently the Greeks considered it an act of prostitution...probably on the grounds that they had planned to release the video on the internet.  Now that would violate pornography laws.

  3. no once they get paid for s*x then it becomes prostitution the girls in the other videos are not having s*x with any one and if you have ever been over sea's then its normal for woman not to wear tops especially at the beach

  4. They were performing oral s*x for money (they were paid to be in the contest), so yeah, that would be prostitution by Greek law. As for the ones in those "girls gone wild" videos, I think they are just idiots, and most regret it afterwards, especially when they are recognized by neighbors and co-workers who see those videos.
