Is natural talent enough to make a great cricket team or not? (Part 3)
(Continuation of Part 2…New Zealand’s cricket team)
The Black caps have improved their under pressure performances, as international cricket teams of such stature always have several plans for unforeseen happenings. The Kiwis no doubt have always been more of a hard working cricketing side, rather than a
purely talented cricket team.
Besides the fact that the country has yet to produce a genuinely talented new age cricketer,  the Kiwis have surely groomed World-class players, as the country has been able to give its international stars good cricketing comprehension, ability to work hard,
and professional ethics. The national team has also maintained a consistent track record, in all three formats of the game.
England
The English team has similar cricketing credentials to the Kiwis, with the exception that the English team has been able to produce some of the World’s finest naturally talented players. To name a few one would have to mention the brilliant stroke player
and former skipper Michael Vaughan, and fast bowler http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Darren-Gough-c52450.
The English team is known for planning out strategies and well thought out game plans. The national team has vast cricketing knowledge. The English cricket team is filled with hard working individual players such as Andrew Flintoff, who even after several
surgeries played for the national side.
However, the side lacks genuine match-winners, similar to the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-Zealand-c754 team, once an opposition is able to put them off track, it is very difficult for the English side to make a comeback.
No doubt, the English and Australians have one of the best domestic cricketing structures in World cricket. This is also one of the reasons why the Englishmen are always of age when they make their international debut and are good thinkers of the game.
One will hardly see an English player lose his or her nerves during a crucial moment of the game. The English side is known to do extremely well in immense pressure situations. Arguably, next to the Aussie’s, the Englishmen have the right resources to produce
a cricketing legend in the future, which is yet to be seen in their international cricket. The team has also shown individuals, who have worked very hard to improve the standard of their game.
Nevertheless, the English side has still produced talented individuals as current skipper Andrew Strauss and all-rounder Kevin Peterson. Both of them are among the most talented modern age cricketers. English cricket does promise good cricket players in
the future, based on their strong and vast domestic cricket structure.

South African’s are one of the most organised international teams in World cricket. The African cricket team is known to stuqdy each and every opposition player in depth for their own benefit. A classic example is that, when the South African bowling attack
is bowling to the Pakistani ODI and T20 team skipper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Shahid-Afridi-c2482, the bowlers always tend to bounce him out, since the Pakistani cricketer has a tendency of going after every single ball, and usually ends up striking the ball high above while pulling.
The same detailed strategies are applied to other world class batsmen, as the South African opening attack always tries to ensure that the opposition openers fail to settle down at the crease.
South Africa’s cricket team has all the vital ingredients of being a great cricket team, as the team is full of hard working, disciplined, and players with a good cricketing sense. Arguably one will never come across a South African team out of options on
the field, as it is one of the most professional cricketing squads in the international arena.  (Continued.... in Part 4)
