Is NY LIFE insurance a good life insurance?

Great company.... BUT  you never just make a decision that is this important without comparing at least 2 companies! This is way too important for that.  You can check out Guardian also. Their whole life policies do very well financially. You can also check out "dividend history comparison" which are rated on a yearly basis. They will show you who are the top companies for your best return in each age category.  There are a few others you can check out. If you have any other questions don't be afraid to ask. Good luck!

NY Life is a great company.  They have billions of dollars in reserve.  They offer a variety of products from life to securities to investment and promote professionalism and education amongst their agents.

They are also incredibly expensive.

Depending on the state you live in, there may be drastically less expensive alternatives.  And always remember that Life Insurance isn't an investment in YOUR future.  Life insurance is a bad model for savings or investing.  Life Insurance is for other people's future after you die.
