Is It bad to go around the house or sleep without a shirt on?(especially when the air condition is on)?

I'm just wondering...I heard it can lead to like lung problems.....

here's the test: if both your hands and feet are warm (neither cold or hot to the touch), you're okay. if not, keep yourself warm. you don't have to bundle up like mortimer. just put on a layer or two of clothing. my 2 cents. take it or leave it.
