As per starting a small business, if you mean selling green coffee (unroasted) it's tough to do this with just one coffee to sell.  Most roasters like to get several of their coffees from one supplier.  Again, perhaps you can strike a deal with Royal or another company to do the selling for you.

If you mean selling roasted coffee, well again it's tough to create a viable business with just one coffee.  Perhaps you can strike a deal with a roaster who is willing to either

1) roast for you for a per pound fee

2) roast and market it for you.
