Im haveing friend problems?

I have this friend and she kinda stole my crush. And she sorta brags about it sometimes and one timed she blabed my other crush i went off and cried bcz i don't like my stuff being revealed. I wondering if shes a real friend

also she really didn't like this person and when that person we didn't liked warmed up to us she ditched my other friends and I for her

I need advice help plz!!
