how can i find jobs in rochester new york that are reasonably close to me that i can work at for this month coming up?

babysitting

waiting tables

just what ever you do dont tell the job you only want to work there a month or so then leave cause they probably want hire you.

Rochester is pretty slow this time of year but doing waitressing is a good way as you get cash tips.  If you have a car - pizza delivery works, but with gas prices it might cost more.  Any job where you will be tipped is the best for fast cash, but you do need to be honest with the employer about your time frame.
