Ive found out that if your not Living inside US.. and you are located in another Nation..., (I am from Denmark) Its actully much more simple just find Example - Albany, New York TIME and compare to you time now in my case Copenhagen ive come late 2 times for live events and that suck´s dont miss it anymore.. ( UFC FIGHT NIGHT  FRI. DEC. 9  LEWIS VS ABDURAKHIMOV

9PM/6PM ETPT  Albany, New York )

  2. You have been confused by the TV announcements that a certain program will be seen at (say) 10 PM ET/PT.

What is means is this: In the Eastern time zone, the show will appear at 10 PM Eastern time on the local Eastern stations (for example, New York.) Then, three hours later, it will appear on the local Western stations (for example, Los Angeles) at 10 PM Pacific Time.

In the two intervening time zones, Central and Mountain, people tend to go to bed earlier. So it's pretty common to show a program there at 9 PM local time that shows at 10 PM ET/PT. Thus the folks in Chicago (Central time) would see the show at 9 PM local time, which would be simultaneous with the people in New York seeing it at 10 PM at their local time. An hour later, the people in Denver (Mountain Time) would see the same show at 9 PM their time, which would be 11 PM Eastern time and 8 PM Pacific time.

  3. Eastern and Pacific are two diferent time zones. If it were 11:00 in eastern time. The following would be true:

    Central time: 10:00

    Mountain time: 9:00

    Pacific time: 8:00

  4. 11pm ET

    10PM CT

    9PM MT

    8PM PT

  5. if its 11 eastern then its 10 central depending where you live

  6. 11 eastern is 10 Central.  There is 1 hour difference between eastern and pacific.

For televisions programs, they usually will usually say..  9, 8 Central and Mountain

  7. 11 eastern/pacific is usually 10 Central (CST) there is one hour difference between ET and CST and 4 hrs difference between ET and PT

  8. 1 hour less than Eastern.

So 11 in Eastern is 10 Central, 9 Mountain, it would be 8 Pacific, but most shows are rebroadcast 3 hours later, so they show at 11 instead of 8.
