Question:

If my realtor is doing a terrible job can I change realtors within the same company?

I asked this question before and only got one response so I thought I would give it one more shot.

Our selling realtor has been terrible. I had to call him several times to arrange for HIM to pick up the key to do showings and one person has looked at our house since it was listed and we have not heard one word from him since it was listed (a month ago). He doesn't even call to give us suggestions or suggest reducing the price or anything.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to switch realtors within the same company (the contract is with Coldwell Banker and I want to use a different Coldwell Banker realtor - but it does list him as agent) I did sign the standard 6 month contract so I doubt I can do anything but I am just so frustrated. Are you ever allowed to change if your realtor is not doing a good job?

I DO understand the market is terrible right now to sell but he just seems to make absolutely ZERO effort.
