If I live in the US can I buy a car in Canada?

We are moving to New York in a month, just off the border of Canada and we have heard that the buying market in Canada is very good right now. Can I finance a car there if I live in the US?

Yes.  And if you wear brown shoes, you can eat flounder.

Yes, you can buy in Canada. But like us Canadians it always involves more paperwork. Also check whether the warranty on vehicle can be transferred to States. I had friends who bought in states and had problems getting product warranted.
