I want teh six pack abs so than I can pick up hot 40 year old women. How do I get them?

  1. work out every day to 150 crunches and bike alot and do activities that use alot of energy and eat lots of protiens like meat and eggs but no thoes protien shackes they do nothing

  3. sit ups, crunches, and eating healthy.  

  4. Sit ups work well esp when combined with cardio like running up hills. But u have to also watch what u eat strictly cos the abs are the body's fav. place for fat storage so avoid fatty foods and all sorts of junk etc etc.

  5. lose weight and start working out like do 100 crunches  

  6. the best way to get them is to work out by doing crunches and going running and riding a bike and eatin healthy while you do it

  7. CARDIO!!!! even if you do a gazillion crunches, your abs wont show if you have fat on your abdominal area. the only way to get rid of that fat is by cardio. so if you just do some cardio and lose weight, you never know if you might already have the abs.

    BUTTT!!! if you are already skinny then do crunches lols
