I sold an item on ebay an i accepted my payment through paypal how do i get there payment verified?

go to the paypal account. It should show the transaction and you current PayPal balance.

When you access your PayPal account double check that it says "Completed" next to the transaction. If it says "Pending" then they have paid via an echeque and you will have to wait unil it clears before you send the item (because the buyer could cancel it before the payment is sent). This can take up to 10 days so you will have to keep checking the account. If it says "Complete" then ship the item off! But always check first :-) Well done on your first sale!
