I keep getting strange numeric text messages??

I got a new cell phone a few days ago and ever since I've been getting these strange texts several times a day and at night too. The senders number is 3020 and in the messages it says : Mobile Email. OZMAIL. CI=9577257f442799e713399731eee4dab0 MC=1. I tried to reply but I got a message saying its an invalid number so what should I do so I won't recieve these messages anymore??? They're so annoying
