I have never known mother was born in germany and taken away wit, how do i look for mother/family in germany?

i was tokken away my mom from dada, he was stationed there i was born in october24 in ANSBACH Bavaria Germany my mother last name was Soulier later find out she died in germany i need help i want to learn about her family my dad is african american mom was from there was told her family disowned him because of the kids i have sister and brother we just want to see if they want to ever meet us

It is the Bavarian State Archives.  Perhaps they have family records there.
