Am flying to Pakistan on last week of November from Los Angles. I will land in Dubai on Friday night 4AM. My Emirates flight takes off at 12 PM. What can I do in these 8 hours so that I have a relatively good time and don't miss my flight too. I heard transit visa isn't granted if layover is below 8 hours. Is that true? And in any case, will it be worth it going out in that early hours in Dubai? What can I do in that case?
