I got uae visa but am not enterd in uae, visa are cancelled, now my passport ban or not pls tell me the detail

i got a job oppurtunty in uae and my visa are stmped but due to some famly problem am not join the duty am not enterd uae and my visa also expired. now am trying to got another job but agency said your passport are not eligible for stamping the visa. for the above reason my passport hav the ban or not pls clarify my doubt

Hi..I am a software professional [UAE Visa was taken as Computer Programmer].I am a post graduate.I work with an Indian company [A].This Indian company 'A' sub contracted me to another Indian company[B] who was having a project in Dubai.I worked with Employment visa of 'B' for 1 and half years after which 'B' decided to end my contract with 'A'.I came back to India but had a 6 month labour ban.Now 'A' has another project in Dubai with some other company 'C' and taken my Employement visa again with out my knowlege.I dont want to go there with 'A' or 'C' again.I contacted the company PRO and he told me that if i dont come in the visa issued they can impose a life time ban as they had some amout spent in lifting the ban..Could some one please suggest what i should do..
