I found a baby squirrel is there any way to get him vacanated/?

well, you should take him to the vet get him looked at and vaccinated then find a wildlife rescue and let them take care of him until he can be released into the wild.

You need to contact your agency that looks after wildlife. In many states it is illegal to keep wild animals.
