  1. Noodle Bar which is in the square besides the cinema (A short walk down the hill from the theatre) is one of the best places to eat in Oxford, there are many chains along the street of the theatre like Ask, Bella Italia and Pizza Hut it depends what your after! Plus Maccy Ds and KFC on the high street.  When you see how Noodle Bar is so busy secluded from the other restaurants thats reassurance enough its top stuff! (And you can sit down to eat, unlike the name suggests)

I'd suggest parking at Thornhill Park and Ride, it is actually quicker than driving in! I speak as an Oxford resident! The diversions for cars make getting in to the car parks difficult and time consuming never mind the traffic and cost of parking! Oxford has the best public transport bar London and most of the buses will take you up to the high street and only a very short walk from the theatre, and half the journey there is a bus lane and into the city centre cars are not allowed.  Honestly get the bus!

    Have a good night!

  2. as it is a sunday, i would drive in as the buses wont be as regular and you may find the park and ride stops. The car park on park end street is the closest to the theatre, but does get very full so you may have to use the multistorey.

If you park in Park end street there are a few new restuarants near, like a nandos Opposite and a mexican and indian, or as you walk up george street to the theatre you will pass loads of places to eat, mainly italian though, so you can take your pick
