Strong or offensive body odor is an embarrassing problem that can affect many and being a sensitive topic, it is not openly discussed. Here are few steps to eradicate the problem:

    I. Shower at least twice a day.

    II. Use antibacterial soap.

III. Apply strong deodorants or antiperspirants

IV. Keep your wardrobe squeaky clean (avoid damp sweaty clothes, even if its dry as long as you have worn it, it should not be used for another day until washed)

    V. Change clothes often when you're sweating heavily.

VI. Avoid or cut down on some foods and drinks. Example; some food  may cause bad odors to exude through your pores like, onions and garlic, also some spicy foods  can make you sweat a lot, drinks like alcohol and caffeine can make you sweat more.

VII. Using natural supplement like lime can help kill bacteria.  Wipe your underarms with lime after taking a bath.

VIII. Change socks as well. Don't allow your feet to be damp, wear shoes that will enable your feet breathe, or open sandals or heels. Also you can apply foot powder, after taking a shower, dry your feet properly and apply powder generously before going to bed and also when going out before you wear your shoes to prevent your feet from being damp or sweaty.
