Question:

I've been in accidents but had no "at-faults" on my insurance yet, will I get dropped?

I've been in 2 car accidents in which I didn't receive the blame, but on both cases my company--Mercury--had to shell out the cash.

If just yesterday I bumped a car and will have to report it, will the company drop me after taking care of business?

  1. Only Mercury can answer your question about whether the policy will be cancelled.  Yes, your mother will suffer too. It seems to me that you should pay more attention to your surroundings while driving. You have been involved in 3 accidents already.

  2. They may require your mom to exclude you from the policy bc you are too much of a risk.

However, Mercury is a Non-Standard company so they may just keep you on and surcharge the heck out of your premiums.

Call you agent and ask them for the most accurate answer.

  3. Use the search engine like google or yahoo to brainstorm some ideas first if you want to obtain the massive information,if you do not want to spend too much time, here is a good resource for your reference about your questions.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...

  4. its very possible they will non renew your policy.  they will have paid out for 3 claims in a short amount of time and this makes you high risk.  even though the accidents are not chargeable as you were not at fault, they paid the claims.  yes, your mom WILL suffer as it is HER company paying the claims.  the claims paid out will follow her to whatever company she tries to go to next.
