How would I get a phone book from Napier New Zealand If I live in houston texas?

Look for New Zealand White Pages on the net if you just want a number.  

If you want the actual book, it's possible that there may be one in the reference section of a big library in Houston.  Maybe one of the University libraries.

As Ken said - look up numbers online at http://www.whitepages.com.au  - the phone numbers are more up to date than a phone book anyhow.

However if you want to purchase a book, contact NZ Telecom http://www.telecom.co.nz - hand over your credit card number and I'm sure they will mail one out, you may be looking at approx $25 for the book and $20 for P&P though.

you look on the Internet.  you would be able to PHYSICALLY get one unless someone shipped it to you.
