How to remove life time ban from my visa, as I have banned to enter within uae by immigration office?

Question

I worked in Dubai since 2004 Aug to 2005 Aug.

I came to my vacation on August 2005.

Due to some personal reason I did not go back to Dubai.

My company provided me 3 years work permit from August2004-2007. I also submitted my Resignation letter and my return tickect to the my Employer Al Futtaim.

And after a year I checked with immigration office of Dubai.

But still I have life time banned to enter that country.

Please advise me how I can removed the ban.

 Hi everyone. .can anyone help me..if there is such thing. .like Even though you finish your contract in uae for 3 Years. . Can your sponsor  lifetime banned you with out any reason?  Or she can just give me a labour banned? Coz im planning to visit dubai next year 2015 but im scared if my ex sponsor banned me life time...its been 5 years since I left uae and now im recently working here in Singapore.  Coz I remember a year after my contract in uae.i decided to go back..but when I am applying for the visa its stated that denied, they cant give me a visa . .then..I feel sad as I didnt do any illegal things in the said country and Some more finish my contract but then my sponsor banned me..shes to unfair...Please can any one help me..how to know if I have labour banned or life time banned?

     if thier is mistake from the immigration and put a lifetime ban what will be the process bcoz my brother was working with a local house and this local make visa for alots of employees like 16 person and after that there was inquriy from immigration then my brother went with his sponser to immigration and they question him if he pay for visa and he told no i didnt pay for visa and iam working with my sponser eve the sponser telling that he is working with me but still they put in the jail and put him lifetime ban

 Hi All,

A Life time Ban or a black list band usually is put when the UAE feels a person is a threat to the community or the system and they can again commit the same crime as per their knowledge. So the ban is literally unremovable, But there is always a chance where you can try. You need to approach an IMMIGRATION lawyer in UAE, and discuss the details with him. You will need to provide him a Power of Attorney from your own country to do so ( this might cost you in your country about 10,000Aed) and then you need to send this document to the lawyer in UAE to represent you in Police / Immigration / Courts if necessary and remove the ban. But this is a very very costly affair and lawyrs may charge from 25,000Aed - 100,000Aed depending on your case. So if you have the ability to spend around 150,000Aed uptops, then there is a chance you can remove the ban. But, even after doing so the final say lies in the hand of UAE government authority. Hope this clarifies all who needs a clear information about removal of life time ban. Remeber unable to get back to UAE doesn't mean the End of Life, so you need to live your life according to the way God wants you live. So try to focus on that. Allah knows best.

 sir,before 5 years i have some problems with my business and for some problems,court has deported me back to india,my visa was expired and my passport was lost,so icame back to india in outpass,can i come back to dubai for some business,and can u guide me to the correct person who can do the removal,tried with many people in dubai and given hundred thousand to somebody,no news for thay also,pls do help

If you have a lifetime ban, or an immigration ban, or Emplyment ban, for the UAE, you can never enter that country again...EVER !!! Unlucky.

what is prosseger in this country i thing no body helping only GOD will be help this too much deficalt to Remove Life time ban my Arbab also provide me Ban but dxb court give me only ONE mounth jaiel No ban No fine dxb court said every thing cleared but Arbab given Lfe time ban now where i go?my arbab is power full now what is the used of dxb court desigen? this is Life Question plese advice????

I worked in Dubai since 1996 Aug to 2007 Aug i have a life time ban i live so long time in dubai and i was working a bank and hotels as well i have a charged use my friend credit card and steel two mobile i had deported in 2007 so please help me out my family live in dubai and i just use my friend credit with his permission and i did not steel any mobile please repply me
