Only you know whether you need matt or cloth - only you know the weight of the fibreglass that you require - only you know the purpose that the fibreglass will be used for.

Do you mean for us to include the cost of the resin or not?

It seems like you would have expended far less effort by just looking on-line for what you want, rather than wasting our time with a question we cannot answer.
