How i transform shiny pokemons to normal pokemons ??

sorry you can't.

and i'm not sure you can do it with an action replay. but you can always try.

also once a pokemon you cought that was shiny i'm sure it'll stay shiny.

or you can always catch the same pokemon again.

You can't.  but why do you want to? Shiny pokemon are super rare.
