I've been wondering, of all the hours I spent doing community services, I just looked at the application and all they ask for is how many hours and so on: not a lot of information

how do they validate our truthfulness?

  1. You sign the application with the understanding that you are telling the truth.  If you are lying, are accepted and get caught, you can be expelled from that college.  You include your accomplishments in your other essays--how does what you have done lead to where you are today?

  2. Well, they trust you to tell the truth and be honest, so they really wont validate it. If you put down hundreds of hours, then they might go validate it because its a lot of hrs.
