  1. i saw on a different website that you would just subtract sin x from the right side to the left side so you are left with 2 sin squared x - sinx
    from here, factor out a sin x leaving you with
    sin x (2sinx-1)
    from here, sinx=0 (find out where sinx (or y) equals 0)
    and then 2sinx-1 = 0
    eventually you get sinx= 1/2
    graph and find out the degrees
