  1. Lmao

    Tyson loves lifting weights,

Just go to youtube and find a video of him lifting a barbell.

Heavyweights makes BULK muscle or just fill their tummy.

Light-Heavy or lesser makes LEAN muscle.

  2. most boxers dont want to gain weight.  Most boxers have a fighting weight and a "walk around"weight. the fight weight

is often from dehydration. So when a fighter wants to go

up in weight, he will just have to cut back on fluid manipulation. Ali was a heavy, so he never had to lift.

Holyfield was champ at lower weight, and lifted to get

up to heavy. Fighters that want to go up in weight and stay

there usually DO  lift.  James Toney just ate his way into

heavyweight, and looks like it. Old school trainers did

not want their guys lifting, more modern one are OK with

    it.

  3. Most boxers began adding weight training to their routine in the 1980's and up because it has only positive benefits they didn't realize in the golden era... it actually makes you faster and stronger rather than slower and musclebound. But to answer your question, they load on healthy carbs like rice and protein from chicken and steak.

  4. taking the right supplements, and lifting weight, I dont know who told you they dont lift but they lie to ya

  5. if you have to gain weight you are fighting in wrong weight class.

  6. because they take these weird pills and it makes loose weight if they don't eat and my dad was a boxer
