Hey guys - I'm defending my thesis in a few weeks and there are some names that I don't want to mispronounce! Can someone help me out? If you know the IPA that would be super helpful - if not just try to give me words they rhyme with or something:

Mac Giolla Chríost

de Fréine (not sure if that's even Irish...)
