I got a new pet rat today and he is biting. How come? Help? Oh! and there is another boy rat in the cage with him.

wait for atleast a day before you touch and let him get used to you before putting your hands in. if he shows aggression towards the other pet rat he is just aggressive but if its just you give him some personal space
