There is little more you can say in praise of Hashim Amla’s riotously successful quest to nail himself down, against some initial odds, as a one-day international “must pick”. He is simply scoring runs so frequently and meticulously for his country that the superlatives dry up a bit. Amla’s sixth century for the Proteas in the format in Dubai on Tuesday was almost certainly his most valuable, coming on a pitch which required the utmost in application and resolve as South Africa squeaked in by two runs for a 2-1 lead in the five-match series against Pakistan. Amla hit 119, continuing a superb fun of form in the last six months which has seen him score 865 runs in his last 11 ODI innings with five centuries. What do you think about Amla? Will he be the next Lance Klusener in the squad?

Hashim Amla has proven himself as one of the good South African cricketers.I think the team management will include him in World Cup squad. If we see his past record he has done a great job in the previous ODI's. 6 centuries in 12 matches is a good average batsman performance.

Hashim Amla is one of the good player in the South African side, he has proved himself in the test cricket now he is playing some good knocks in the ODI's. But I think he can't take place of Lance Klusener because he was a bit aggressive and usually likes to hit out of the park and on the other hand Amla is a calm player usually likes to play slow and mostly depends on sigles and doubles.
