Has anyone worked for Cracker Barrel?

I am considering a position as retail manager at Cracker Barrel (that's the gift store part) and am wondering if anyone has comments that has worked there before. The money is good, but are they decent to work for?

 I've been a server there for two and a half years. Our management staff is really close to each other. Sometimes the rules can be a little tough but they have to do that because it's a corporate restaurant. You are responsible for a lot for there is a lot of opportunity for bonuses and you get Christmas off.
