HELP!please please.ASAP?

I need a motivational quote or poem for my 8th grade promotion speech.my topic is knowledge is the key to success.I need help.what am i supposed so talk about;and am i supposed to introduce myself?!any help is appreciated.Also any jokes to include would be great.I want to try to make a formal,but comical speech.

when the wright brothers tried to build the first airplane did they succeed overnight? no they learned from it.  so their knowledge of what didn't work finally led them to figuring out what did. We all can do that and learn , not only from our own mistakes but from others. When you see someone and they make a mistake you can benefit from it.

Really, it's not hard to make a good inspirational speech, I made that one and I'm not even 12 yet!
