When I initialize google earth I always have a red X in a rectangle on the top LH corner of the picture; I have contacted several Computer technicians about my problem, but they all say that they are not specialized in this field. I have paid a $20.- US subscription fee to google earth hoping that my problem would go away, but, unfortunately, it is still there. Could please somebody tell me what I should do to fix this ??
