  1. I can't think of anywhere more peaceful than the gorgeous Cornish village I live in. It's situated on the Lerryn river, and Kenneth Graham was inspired to write "wind in the willows" and "tales of the riverbank" I walk my dog through the vast woods each day, and hardly ever see another soul.

We are surrounded by gorgeous scenery, and wildlife, and we don't even have street lights to spoil the atmosphere. You'll wake to just the sound of the birds, and the water lapping, and you'll go to sleep to the sound of owls hooting. You may even be visited by the odd badger or fox.

My village is slightly in-land, but near to many lovely beaches, and the Eden Project is just 5 miles away. Many people "stumble" on Lerryn by accident, but come back again, and again, for the peace, and tranquility, and sheer beauty of the place. There's one pretty village pub, and just one shop.(although more can be found 3 miles away)

There's lots of cosy little old cottages here you can rent for a truly relaxing peaceful week away from the kids, and I promise you, you will return for another visit!!

  2. Go to a town called Louth in Lincolnshire like and there is a big church, loads of moaning old peolple, millions of charity shops, and otherness!!

    Kids will be at schools!!

    Haha

  3. In September All Kids Will Be Back At School Anywayss x

  4. doesn't really matter where you go ... in late September all the school aged children will be in school, and it will probably be a bit chilly for parents with under-5's to be taking a holiday

  5. Any where as all the kids will be at school.

    Brittany or Normandy France.

Or any where by the coast in UK.

  6. Checkout the Isle of Bute easily reached by train and ferry from Glasgow...leave the car at home, there's little buses everywhere. Just great for chilling-out, fabulous scenery, wild deer, seals and bountiful birdlife. No caravans or amusement parks, just unadulterated nature.

Go hiking, biking, fishing, horse-riding,sailing, play golf, seek out the prehistoric sites and standing stones.

  7. Cornwall, it starts to empty out late September. The weather is usually beautiful that time of year and places are still open and not full of kids. It depends what sort of holiday you are looking for - walking-touring-beaches-sightseeing. Its all there.

    Have a nice one.

  8. nearest prison?

  9. h

  10. your local condiminium

  11. the lake district?

hardly any children there because its mainly for walkers

but i suppose you could encourage them to climb the mountains/ go for 5 mile walks sometimes, my parents used to bribe me with an ice cream at the end

Padstow in cornwall there isn't many children there and there's a nice long beach that streches for miles so you will have loads of room to strech out, play games

*EDIT* i'm in poole at the moment and theres hardly any kids, nice beaches, good shops, near bournemouth
