What is a good workout routine I can do 5 times a week to acheive this?

Im a girl who is 130 and 5'6 and 15 years old.

I have acess to the whole gym.

  1. One of the most important things that you haven't mentioned is diet.

    Make sure you have a decent diet, with plenty of protein. Replace sugary foods with low GI carbs and make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day, instead of 3 big meals. This will give you a constant supply of energy.

    Also, drink water instead of soda's, etc.

    Once you have your diet sorted, workout different areas of your body on different days.

    So something like this;

    Mon;

    Upper-body exercises;

    Shoulder presses

    Bench presses

    Bicep curls

    Crunches & situps

    Push ups

    Back extensions

    Tues;

    Cardio work; walking, jogging, running skipping, biking, etc.

    Wed;

    Maybe good idea to have a rest day or just light cardio work such as walking.

    Thurs;

    Lower-body exercises;

    Calf raises

    Lunges

    Squats

    Rowing

    Machine Squat

    Fri;

    Cardio work again (see Tues).

    Sat and Sun would be a good idea to rest - don't overtrain or you'll get worse results. Your body will need some days to rest.

    Don't be afraid to ask for advice in the gym and make sure you know how to use the equipment properly, or you could cause injury.
