Gazetted officer in Bangalore?

Hi, I am new in Bangalore. I need a document of mine to be attested (signed) by a gazetted officer. Could you tell me the place to go. I live near Madiwala.

Hi, Gazetted officers are usually Class 1 officers of the government; you have to look around for among neighbours to find someone like that;

instead, you can easily look for a Notary Public in the Yellow book and get any of them to attest your documents.  That is equally valid and all that you may need to do is to pay a small fee for such attestation.

finally, you can also go to any government high school and get the Principal of that school to attest; they are also gazetted officers

All doctors in Government service are gazetted officers. Go to the nearest government hospital and request the casualty medical officer.

You can go to Madivala Police Station and meet the Inspector of Police concerned  to attest your Documents.  So also you can attest your document with any one of the Tahsildar concerned in your Locality concerned.
