For a male voice, what is more attractive: a solid deep voice or a medium voice that fluctuates more?

any fake deep voice is suspect. any affectation is too.

I like alto voices in women.

A voice that actually matches the person.

A deep voice sounds trustworthy and has a calming effect if it comes from a mature wise man (with a real trackrecord to back up his achievement)  But a deep voice would sounds depressing and distracting if it comes from a young fellow who isn't worldly.

In terms of fluctuation, it depends on the attitude and emotion that it gives.  You don't want to hear a condesending tone talking to you.  You want a respectful/ s**y tone from people you like.
