flying to prague soon do i have to pay for my checked in luggage the info on their website is unclear??

Found on baggage advice on their website:

Each fare paying passenger (excluding infants) has a hold luggage allowance of 17kgs included in their fare. There is a variable cost per checked-in bag depending on the length of the flight which starts at 5.99GBP/ 9EUR/ 14.50CHF/ 300CZK/ 70NOK/ 36PLN increasing to 7.99GBP/13EUR/20.50CHF/330CZK/49PLN or 11GBP/16.50EUR/26CHF/545CZK/70PLN increasing to 13GBP/19.50EUR/32CHF/635CZK/81.50PLN when paid for at the airport or via the call centre.
